The challenge
MP Biomedicals’ existing Magento 2 implementation was plagued by technical debt, performance instability, and critical functionality gaps that limited usability and posed risks to business continuity. With global teams dependent on the platform, every disruption affected both business operations and client trust.
Our solution
Magecom conducted a full technical audit to rebuild core infrastructure with focus on long-term stability. Deployment processes were restructured using Jenkins and the platform was migrated to AWS for enterprise-level performance and scalability. Foundational bugs were resolved, modules refactored, and critical updates applied so the platform can serve as a dependable backbone for future improvements.

The challenge
The business required real-time product and pricing sync from INFOR M3 ERP, and automated handling of compliance documentation from INFOR Docs. Without these integrations, regional teams had to rely on manual updates and fragmented workflows that slowed down critical operations.
Our solution
Magecom integrated both INFOR M3 and INFOR Docs into Magento, to create seamless data flows between ERP, document management, and storefront, with products, pricing, and certificates of analysis synching in real time, to give buyers up-to-the-minute status updates and downloadable compliance documentation, directly from within their account.

B2B geo‑targeting and custom quoting
The challenge
MP Biomedicals needed multi-region capabilities to support localized catalogs, pricing, and customer groups. Sales teams spanning multiple countries required a quoting system to manage complex orders and generate proposals within their integrated CRM workflow.
Our solution
Magecom developed a two-tier geo-targeting system to route users to the appropriate regional store and pre-assign pricing and documentation settings. We integrated Zoho CRM to manage quote requests and customer communication to create a fluid sales cycle, from storefront to CRM, and back.
